Andrea G. Caldwell grew up in Northern Nevada in a farm family with a penchant for real estate. Andrea’s parents and grandparents owned rental homes and Andrea purchased her first investment when she was twenty years old.
After matriculating from the local schools of Fallon, she received her degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Business from the University of Nevada Reno. Andrea met the proverbial fork in the road in 1977 when she began her real estate career after teaching for a short time. She attained her broker’s license shortly thereafter and with a partner founded a real estate company servicing the surrounds of her local community. Nine years later after selling the firm, she crossed the state line and started her long- term career in residential property management in California.
Andrea joined a successful Century 21 sales office, where she quickly expanded their management portfolio and began to seek opportunities in networking with other property managers. As a result of that search, she and five other fellow managers founded the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
She eventually served as local chapter president and then rose to a national level, attaining the national presidency in 2004. Andrea holds two professional designations and continues to serve her industry through NARPM, by acting as the Education Chairperson for the local chapter and the state-wide Ambassador to the all the chapters in California. Andrea remained in the Century 21 network for thirty-three years until happily joining Aborn Properties in 2019.
Licensed in 2009, the first three years of my career in Real Estate I was working for Alain Pinel exclusively in home sales. In 2012, I had the privilege of joining Aborn Properties where I help manage a portfolio of 250 single family homes throughout Santa Clara County. Over the years I have expanded my Real Estate knowledge from home sales to home renovations, property disclosures, 1031 tax exchanges, evictions, and I am continuing education in Real Estate law. In 2017, my Real Estate experience and knowledge allowed me to qualify for my Real Estate Brokers license, making me the youngest associate Broker in Aborn Property history. Averaging 20 Real Estate transactions a year, I have the experience and expertise to make your Real Estate transaction as smooth and profitable as possible.
